Product I Want To Try: LashControl® Mascara

How much mascara do we all throw away each year by wiping it on tissues or scraping it off on the top of a tube?  It always seems wasteful to me but nothing ruins a gorgeous lash faster than clumps and smudges.

I've read about LashControl® Mascara before but it's not something I've run across in my usual shopping spots.  In case you haven't heard about it before it's a mascara (obvi) that has a built in squeeze sleeve to remove excess product before you pull the wand out.  It's been around for a little while and even won an ICMAD Cosmetic Innovator of the Year (CITY Award) 2009 for Color Cosmetic Package Design Innovation.

Each color is a different formula and they even have a video to demonstrate how the packaging works and what each color is:

The one I want to try the most is the Purple Squeeze for Volume.  I love me a funky mascara brush, especially if it doesn't look to big and bulky.  This one is called the "Zig-Zag Brush".  This formula claims to provide length as well as volume and the botanical beeswax formula is supposed to be conditioning for lashes.

I found a spa in Denver that carries LashControl® Mascara and I'm tempted to go buy one to check out.  I love something innovative that fixes an everyday problem.  They are $20 each.
